Delivery Terms and Conditions
All parcels are sent with a signature required. We require a signature as proof it has been delivered and received by the customer. We also require a signature to enable us to claim from our courier if there is a problem.

UK Mainland - Express Delivery - 1-2 working days* - £7.95
UK Mainland - Orders over £70 - 3-5 working days* - FREE (excludes furniture)
UK Mainland - Category 1 Furniture Delivery (small furniture items) - 5-7 working days - £9.95
UK Mainland - Catergory 2 Furniture Delivery (large item, sent with specialist courier) - 1-2 weeks* - £35.00 (UK Mainland only)
Channel Islands - 3-5 working days* - £16.00
* The cut off point for orders to be processed on the day of order is 12pm. If the order is placed after 12pm, delivery working days will begin after the following day. For example, an order placed before 12pm on Monday with Express Shipping selected, will be processed on Monday and delivery will be Tuesday or Wednesday. If the order is placed after 12pm, the order will be processed on Tuesday and delivery will be Wednesday or Thursday. We will always try our best to process orders as quickly as possible.
Furniture is excluded and fragile items, including marble, glass and concrete are subject to courier restrictions. If we cannot ship your order will process a refund.

** European deliveries are priced per parcel, so we may have to charge additional shipping fees. We will contact you after you have placed your order if this is required.
We are happy to quote for countries not listed above, but we do not ship large and/or fragile items, internationally. Please email for a quote.
OVO home Ltd uses Royal Mail and DPD.
All parcels are sent with a VAT invoice inside, showing amount paid. Please contact us if you would prefer there not to be an invoice inside.
All parcels will be sent with a signature required. Please do not leave comments to leave the parcel in a safe place - these comments cannot be passed on to Royal Mail. We require a signature as proof it has been delivered and received by the customer. If your parcel is sent by DPD, you will have an opportunity to leave special instructions, once they have contacted you with delivery date. If you would like to have full tracking and to be able to leave special instructions please contact us and we will organise to ship your parcel with DPD. Please be aware there may be a small surcharge for this.
Royal Mail - If no one is available to receive and sign for an item, Royal Mail will take the item back to the local depot and leave a card at the address. The card will give the person the item is addressed to the option to have the item delivered to that address later, or tell them where they can collect the item. If the parcel is not collected within the time stated on the cards or a redelivery is not successful Royal Mail will return the parcel to us. Postage will have to be repaid by the customer if they would like us to send again.
DPD - We use DPD for large, heavy items and Express Shipping parcels. We provide DPD with an email address and mobile number (if the customer has provided one), so they can provide you with a date and timeslot. If you are not happy with the date given you can organise a different date or give instructions to leave with a neighbour or safe place. If you, the customer, request your item to be left in a safe place, this is done at you own risk and we hold no responsibility for items being lost or stolen.
Please check your parcel carefully when it arrives. The customer has 7 days to report a product that has arrived damaged or if there are any missing items from your delivery. If you item/s arrived broken or damaged you will be required to send us a photo of damages to firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases we will ask you to dispose of the item, but please wait until we confirm this.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Our furniture delivery service is a one man service and they may require assistance with bulkier/heavier items. We use an external transport company whose standard delivery times are Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. It is your responsibility to check that the items that you have ordered will fit into your home prior to delivery. Please check that it can pass freely through doors and corridors and have space to turn. In case of cancelletion of your order, any furniture item need to be collected by the same firm who delivered the parcel and the same charge to collect it will apply. In order to arrange this please contact us. Refusal of a delivery unless pre arranged with ourselves will incur the same collection charge.
Pick Up From Store - FREE
After placing an order online and selecting Pick Up From Store option, please wait to receive an authorisation email confirming that your order is ready for collection. Our collection address is Arbol House, 124 Northgate Street, Chester, CH1 2HT. You may collect orders during our opening times Tuesday-Saturday 10:00-18:00. Please note, there is no car parking outside of our shop. There are double yellow lines but if you make a quick collection, there should not be a problem.
